the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Massage facilities were top, notch. the Aqua park was a bonus. the Leisure/ TV room was perfect for relaxation. the buffet breakfast was delicious and restaurant and bar/lounge areas provided a great atmosphere. In, room breakfast was the cherry on top.
While the staff were helpful and friendly, we faced minor issues with the black, out blinds in our room.

The rooms were modern and spacious, with fine views of the city. The hotel's high-rise location allowed us to enjoy a commanding view of the entire city, amazing. The rooms were comfortable and well-cleaned, and our children loved the chic and luxurious vibe. the secure underground parking was a big plus, giving us peace of mind for our car.
That the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. We didn't find them to be very cute or smiley, a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we reported a problem with the safe. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the city. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The hotel offered a variety of English speaking channels, which was a nice touch for staying connected with home.

We stayed in a hotel situated in a popular shopping area, close to a large shopping centre that also had a food gallery. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an amazing panoramic view of the city. The breakfast provided had a good variety, and there was a nice restaurant on the free upper floor.

The view from our room was just amazing! We could see the whole city and even beyond. We were amazed by the tall building and enjoyed every moment of it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower was amazing. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel! It was in a great location, just a short walk from the most popular attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated the breakfast that was included in my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, which really made my stay enjoyable. I loved that this hotel was close to a large shopping center with a great food gallery.
